By accessing or using Ranked Rewards ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided as an integration with the Whop platform.

2. Description of Service

Ranked Rewards is a gamification platform that enables Whop community owners to reward their members with experience points (XP), levels, achievements, daily streaks, and promotional rewards based on their engagement and purchases.

3. User Accounts

Access to Ranked Rewards is managed through your Whop account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Whop account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying Whop immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Community Administrator Responsibilities

If you are a community administrator using Ranked Rewards, you agree to:

• Configure rewards and settings responsibly
• Honor promotional codes generated through the platform
• Comply with applicable laws regarding promotions and rewards
• Respect user privacy and handle data appropriately
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

5. Member Responsibilities

As a community member using Ranked Rewards, you agree to:

• Not manipulate or exploit the reward system
• Not share or transfer earned rewards unless permitted
• Not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use promotional codes only as intended

6. Rewards and Points

You acknowledge that:

• XP, levels, and reward points have no cash value
• Reward points may expire according to community policies
• Promotional codes are subject to terms set by the community
• We reserve the right to modify point values and reward structures
• Rewards may be revoked if obtained through prohibited means

7. Subscription Tiers

Ranked Rewards offers different subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Elite) with varying features and limits. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Abide by the usage limits of your tier
• Accept that features may change with reasonable notice

8. API Usage

If you use the Ranked Rewards API (Elite tier), you agree to:

• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Not use the API for unauthorized data collection
• Accept that API access may be revoked for violations

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ranked Rewards. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission. You retain ownership of your community content and data.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKED REWARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Community administrators may export their data before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
